Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technology, (HVAC), was developed to meet the growing high demand for trained and qualified technicians. Students are trained in the electrical, electronic and mechanical components of the HVAC system using both theory and extensive hands-on practice. Instructors utilize standards set by the North American Technician Excellence testing organization and the New Jersey Educators HVAC employment-ready certification student assessment. Students are trained to meet all the requirements for EPA certification; upon successful completion of this program, students will have the ability to work in maintenance and/or repair of HVAC systems.
